Chorale is the highly select 40-45 choral ensemble that forms the touring choir for Kinderchor. Singers range from ages 11-16, and  have advanced music reading and singing skills, and are able to prepare music independently for the two practices a week. Chorale will practice on Mondays from 7:30-8:45PM and Thursdays from 6:45-8:15. The singers also agree to come to rehearsal times that are added throughout the year to prepare them for special performances. 

      Chorale performed at the 2006 Ohio Music Education Association Convention in Cleveland and earned a standing ovation!  In January, 2007, the ensemble performed a "headliner" concert for the Wisconsin Choral Directors Association Conference in Madison, Wisconsin.  All of the singers place the calendar of rehearsals and performances in a high priority of their lives. 

      Dr. Chivington conducts Chorale and Casey Cook Westfall serves as accompanist and rehearsal assistant.
